It does me good because I meet someone who knows the journey of bipolarity well. A superb approach that allows me to speak pertinently. I leave filled with hope.

A breath of hope in the face of illness. The 5-minute journal has helped me a lot, just like the exchanges with Clément in peer support.

Congratulations to Clément for all the content and support he provides on this illness. I’ve realized that many of the tools offered by HopeStage help me achieve and maintain stability. I still have more to learn about Bipolarity, and I know that HopeStage will be a pillar and a very valuable source of information! Thank you for that!!

Bipolar disorder, or living with someone who has it, means having a life but sometimes without the will. The will to fight, to move forward, to reach out to others. You think, "What's the point?" and then fear is there, hidden, lurking. Change the world's perspective on this condition; show that they are fighters, survivors of life, with incredible strength to live day after day. This is an invisible illness, but Clément has managed to create an amazing network of hope and mutual support. So don’t stay alone, isolated. Thank you, Clément, for what you do.

I couldn’t be happier with the support I received. It was exactly what I needed thoughtful, practical, and genuinely human. For the first time in a long while, I felt understood and not alone. I’m making real progress thanks to this. Highly recommended!
