In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the information collected on this site is used only as intended and will in no case be transmitted to third parties without prior consent.
1. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and the decision of the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté) of July 10, 2006 to remove the obligation to declare a website in favor of the procedure for declaring processing associated with this site, the file of Users joining the Services was declared to the CNIL by HopeStage, namely that HopeStage declared in particular that the conditions for collecting and processing data Personal data of Users in the context of the operation of the Site and Services strictly comply with the conditions set out in simplified standard No. 48 issued by the CNIL concerning the automated processing of professional data relating to the management of customers and prospects.
2. Users who have provided personal information and all documents through the Site therefore have, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of January 6, 1978, a right of access to data concerning them, as well as a right to modify, rectify and delete them. To exercise this right, all they need to do is send an email to this address: support@hopestage.com.
3. HopeStage undertakes to respect, in the context of the processing of the User's personal data, all of its obligations under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Personal data relating to the User, collected during their subscription to the Services, in particular through forms, questionnaires, and in particular data relating to their well-being within their Company/Community, are intended only for the exclusive use of HopeStage in the context of the implementation of the services offered to Users, and are not subject to any communication or transfer to third parties, other than technical service providers possibly in charge of the management of Services, which are required to respect the confidentiality of information and to use it only for the specific operation for which they are to be used.
In this respect, HopeStage guarantees that no personal data relating to the User collected and processed as part of his use of the Services, and in particular no data, including statistics, resulting from his answers to the questionnaires, or his practice of exercises, and his results as part of these exercises, will not be the subject of any communication to the Company/Community. The User acknowledges and accepts, however, that HopeStage may provide the Company/Community with global and non-individual reports without having to inform the User, anonymized data, i.e. not allowing them to be brought closer to the User, concerning the use of the Services by the Company's employees or community agents, the results of this use and their well-being within the Company/Community. HopeStage is committed to complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as of its date of application. The purpose of the processing of personal data and its functionalities are as follows:
- Analyze the well-being of employees: Response from users regarding their well-being.
- Analyze employee burnout: User responses concerning burnout (ect...) when they want.
- Programs to manage employee well-being: Responses from users regarding their stress management, assertiveness, positive affect and hyperinvestment.

4. HopeStage keeps Users' personal data on its own servers and undertakes to keep the personal data collected strictly confidential, with the exception of the cases referred to in article 3 hereof. HopeStage also guarantees the security and integrity of this data.HopeStage uses the OVH infrastructure to ensure the storage of certain data (including shared files/documents). 5. HopeStage offers Users the opportunity to use HopeStage in conditions of optimal security and confidentiality. When Users transmit their information to HopeStage, their transmission is secured by the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers), which is currently one of the most effective and widespread data security systems on the Internet. SSL guarantees that the data exchanged between the User's computer and HopeStage cannot be read by third parties. The User is informed that any unauthorized penetrations or attempts to penetrate a computer system, by any means whatsoever, constitute the offenses referred to and sanctioned by articles 323-1 to 323-7 of the Criminal Code.
6. Users' data will also be used to strengthen and personalize communication with them, in particular through newsletters to which they may have subscribed.
7.
