HopeStage is first and foremost a mission: to help people living with a psychological disorder to achieve their dreams for a lasting recovery.
Since 2022, we have been supporting thousands of bipolar people with a supportive community, and various resources on bipolarity such as online training, podcasts, videos, and blogs.
We are creating the mental health centers of tomorrow, specializing in mood disorders, by using technology to optimize the efficiency of care.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a trained psychiatrist to provide consultations primarily with people living with bipolarity over the long term. Objective: to improve the quality of care by working in teams with psychologists and support teams such as peer helpers, care coordinators, content creators.
- Delegate administrative tasks such as payment management, billing, billing, care sheets, accounting, RQTH procedures. We take care of support outside of consultations to allow you to recharge your batteries while you are on vacation.
MAIN MISSIONS
- Consultations with patients, often with bipolarity, depressive disorders, anxiety or burnout (75% of your time)
- Clinical evaluation: functional impact of disorders, search for comorbidities
- Organizing the individualized care project
- Recovery objective
- Supervise the patients on your teams (psychologists, peer helpers...)
- Increase the skills of your teams
- Improving the care journey through your feedback
- Advancing scientific research by participating in clinical trials
- Participate in events
- Bibliographic monitoring and continuing professional development
- Possibility to conduct therapeutic workshops
WANTED PROFILE
- Desire to revolutionize the world of mental health. Take risks, question yourself in order to improve, accept the unknown in order to innovate via an experimental methodology based mainly on TCC
- Overflowing empathy. Love to listen to help your patients achieve their dreams and recover through goal setting
- Expertise in mood disorders. Want to work on rich and complex pathologies with patients over the long term (bipolarity, depression...)
- Tech friendly. Knowledge of technology and use of data to improve the efficiency of care and spend more time in consultation (Use of Doctolib)
- Fluent English is a plus. Ability to understand and speak English for constant updating in line with the latest methods and innovations
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Location of the position: Paris, Pau, Lille, Lille, Lille, Lyon, Marseille and in the rest of France
- Teleworking: Yes, up to 1 day per week
- Remuneration: Between 90,000 euros and 120,000 euros per year, depending on experience and skills
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (no on-call or on-call)
- Vacation: 7 weeks of annual leave
- Type of contract: Salaried or Liberal, depending on preference
- Working time: Position available full time or part time
